Only three people have ever skied solo to both the North and South poles, and Ben Saunders is one of them. Holding the world record for the longest ever polar journey on foot, he has covered more than 4,500 miles (7,242km) on foot in the polar regions, and was the first to complete an expedition that previously defeated Captain Scott and Sir Ernest Shackleton. Ben’s accomplishments don’t end at the world’s poles, however, he is also an extraordinary storyteller, inspiring others to live more adventurously with his compelling tales.

Inspired by the backgammon games played (and the bonds made) as a child with her step-grandfather in the backstreets of Cairo, Alexandra’s lifelong passion can be seen in her exquisitely crafted bespoke boards, today highly coveted and commissioned internationally by well-known figures, prestigious brands and royalty.
